Seller Guidelines

1. Providing Services

Sellers on Merch Pocket are responsible for delivering the services they offer in their listings.

When creating a service listing, Sellers must:

  • Clearly describe the service being offered

  • Provide accurate pricing and delivery time

  • Deliver the work as agreed with the Buyer

  • Communicate professionally with Buyers

Services must be completed according to the details described in the listing and order requirements.


2. Service Listings

All service listings must be truthful and transparent.

Sellers may not:

  • Misrepresent their skills or experience

  • Copy content or listings from other creators

  • Use copyrighted material without permission

  • Offer services that violate applicable laws or platform policies

Merch Pocket may remove or modify listings that violate these rules.


3. Communication

Sellers must maintain respectful communication with Buyers.

The following behavior is not allowed:

  • Harassment or abusive language

  • Spam messages or unsolicited promotions

  • Pressuring Buyers to complete orders early

  • Asking for payments outside the platform

All order-related communication should remain within the Merch Pocket platform.


4. Order Responsibilities

When a Buyer places an order, the Seller is expected to:

  • Begin work according to the agreed requirements

  • Deliver the service within the stated timeframe

  • Provide revisions if they were included in the service listing

If a Seller is unable to complete an order, they should communicate with the Buyer as soon as possible.


5. Payments

Sellers receive 90% of the order value after a project is marked as completed.

Merch Pocket retains a 10% platform fee for marketplace operations, payment processing, and platform maintenance.

Payments are processed through the platform to ensure security and transparency.


6. Account Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.

Accounts may be restricted or suspended if Sellers:

  • Violate platform policies

  • Provide fraudulent services

  • Attempt to bypass platform payment systems

  • Repeatedly fail to deliver services
