  • Restricting or permanently terminating accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rules

4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts that repeatedly violate intellectual property rights may be permanently suspended from the platform.

Merch Pocket reserves the right to remove content and restrict access to protect the rights of creators and organizations.

5. Misuse of Copyright Claims

Submitting false or misleading copyright claims may result in account restrictions or other actions.

Users should ensure that all copyright complaints are submitted in good faith.

6. Policy Updates

Merch Pocket may update this policy periodically to reflect legal requirements or platform changes.

Continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
